We only produce and roast the rare and scarce Arabica Typica beans. Grown in the volcanic and rich mountain slopes of the Andes, under the shade of the canopy of the tropical forest, teeming with untold varieties of birds, butterflies and orchids.
Beautiful and fragrant white flowers yield the precious coffee cherries. Only the finest are harvested at their peak of ripeness, carefully selected and handpicked, skillfully fermented, sun dried and, finally roasted to perfection.
